Washing & Drying

• Use Cool Water: Always wash hair in cool water using a mild shampoo and conditioner. Avoid hot water, as high temperatures will damage the synthetic fibers.

• Gentle Cleaning: Never scrub the hair. Instead, gently swish it from side to side and dunk it up and down to clean.

• Pat Dry: Use a towel to gently pat the hair dry. Do not wring or twist the hair to remove moisture.

• Air Dry Only: Avoid using a blow dryer. If you are in a rush, use only the cold/cool setting on your dryer.

Styling & Maintenance

• No Wet Brushing: Never brush or comb the hair while it is wet to prevent stretching and breakage.

• Detangle Wisely: If necessary, use a wide-toothed comb. Always start detangling from the bottom (ends) and gradually work your way toward the top.

• Frizz Control: If the hair becomes frizzy, apply a sheen spray before gently combing through.

• Curls & Locs Care: Never comb or brush spiral curls or dreadlocks. Use your fingers to gently separate and style them.

• Heat Warning: The use of heating irons or other high-heat appliances is not recommended as it may melt or frizz the fiber.
