Washing & Conditioning:

Detangle the hair gently from ends to roots before washing.

Shampoo and massage the roots in slow circular motions.

Rinse thoroughly and squeeze out excess water.

Apply conditioner for about 5 minutes, then use a wide-tooth comb or fingers to comb in one direction (root to end).

Rinse again and apply a treatment cream. Do not scrub, rub, or bunch the hair.

Apply a cream-based conditioner, leave for 2-3 minutes, and rinse thoroughly.

Styling & Drying:

Drying: Air-dry is highly recommended. If using a hair dryer, use a diffuser and avoid pulling the hair while wet.
